October 2025 | Product Spotlight

In our October Product Spotlight, we introduce Reference Checks, a brand new feature that lets you manage every part of the referencing process within Pinpoint. You can collect referee details, send requests, and review responses in one place.

We’ve built templates to make it easy to run employment or academic checks, reminders keep everything on track, and the same tools can now be used in Onboarding to support post-hire verification.

We also share some additional updates to make hiring smoother, including new ways to manage candidate documents, send SMS messages, and automate key steps in the process.
