This month we’re sharing updates that will improve reporting and job posting. Filter candidate reports by start date for resource planning, and survey reports by hiring process to find opportunities for improvement. Plus, choose organic job boards for listing unique posts.
Let’s dive in…
In Reports, you can now filter the Candidate Summary by “candidate start date” to identify which candidates can start on preferred dates and build cohorts that can start together. You can also filter by “offer start date” once they have officially accepted the role.
In Insights, “Candidate Survey” summarizes how applicants are responding to your hiring process. Filter by “candidate stage” to determine if there are patterns in the feedback based on when they exited the hiring workflow, as well as where you can make improvements.
Pinpoint allows you to create a main job that can be split into multiple posts, allowing you to customize location, salary information, and the job description in each posting. You can now also choose unique organic job boards for the posts to reach target applicants more efficiently.
