I’m Dave Edwards, Head of Integrations and Ecosystem at Pinpoint. In this Product Spotlight, we’re sharing a few enhancements to how you search for candidates, and a new way for your employees to see internal jobs.

Fillable PDFs

We’ve had PDFs with e-signature functionality for a long time, but now we’ve expanded that functionality to include fillable fields across the PDF. Simply upload your PDF template, configure your fields, and you’re ready to start gathering information and signatures from candidates.

When candidates fill and submit the documents, you’ll be able to get a notification and view the completed document on the candidate’s profile. And you can view the data that the candidate entered also on the candidate’s profile.

Full application export

You’ve had the ability to download a candidate’s data as a PDF for a long time, but now we’ve expanded the functionality. Users with the right permissions will now be able to select one or more candidates, then get more powerful options for exporting their data. You can configure the file name (for easy importing into another tool) and configure which fields to export (including documents submitted by the candidate).

Small but mighty changes

• We’ve expanded the list of variables you can pull into document templates
• You can now use document templates in Onboarding, for example, to manage contracts more easily
