This month, we’re excited to launch two major integrations–Rippling and Criteria. Many of our customers use these providers alongside Pinpoint and we love how much time they’ll save with the new integrations. We’ve also rolled out lots of smaller updates that will help save time and clicks in many different areas across the platform.

Rippling integration

Many of you use Rippling for your HR, IT, and Finance functions, and now it will be even easier for you to use Rippling alongside Pinpoint. With our new integration, you can review and hire candidates in Pinpoint, then push those new hires into Rippling in just a few clicks.

Criteria integration

Many of you also love to use hiring assessments as part of your interview process, helping to make your decisions more objective. This month, we’re launching a new integration with the assessment provider Criteria. You’ll be able to send assessments to candidates and view the results quickly from Pinpoint.

• Schedule emails to send to hiring managers or recruitment managers when scheduling emails in the onboarding workflow builder
• Access rejection email templates more quickly with an enhanced interface
• Duplicate equality monitoring templates
• Filter your equality monitoring insights dashboard by candidate source

A monthly tip from Pinpoint power users...

What’s the difference between a requisition and a job? In some organizations, it’s common to make a formal request to hire new people to the business, ahead of actually creating a job vacancy and beginning the recruitment process. This request to hire is known as a requisition, and Pinpoint’s built-in requisition system can be set up to allow members of your hiring team to fill in an online form to request new hires.
