Our integration with Slack empowers you to seamlessly receive real-time updates from Pinpoint directly within Slack.

How does the Pinpoint and Slack work?

With Slack and Pinpoint you can:

• Configure Pinpoint updates to be sent as notifications directly to a user or a specific Slack channel.
• Receive real-time updates on new candidates, internal comments, e-signatures and more.

How to connect Pinpoint and Slack

You can easily and instantly connect Pinpoint and Slack by:

• Adding the Slack app under the integrations menu in your Pinpoint account.
• Log in to Slack and allow Pinpoint access to your company’s account (if you’re not the company’s Slack administrator, you may be asked to request this permission from your team first)
• To enable Slack, ensure the notifications box is ticked and the toggle on the top right says ‘Enabled’.
• Pinpoint and Slack are now connected, but it is now up to individual users to log into Pinpoint and connect their own individual Slack accounts to start receiving notifications.
