Leading Talent Acquisition for North America means balancing visibility, accountability, and candidate experience across a wide range of roles. Liz needed a clear way to understand what was happening across open roles and pipelines, without relying on manual trackers or constant follow-ups. Just as importantly, she wanted to ensure candidates didn't sit untouched in the process due to delays outside of recruiting's control.
Using Pinpoint's Reporting feature, Liz built a set of automated reports sent to the business throughout the week that cover requisition status, open roles, and recent hires. Liz also used the Pinpoint Scorecards feature to focus in on how quickly candidates move through each stage, giving clear insight into pipeline progress and helping the team act faster when bottlenecks appeared.
