That belief is what started Pinpoint. If great teams make great companies, then the software talent leaders use to build those teams should be as thoughtful, capable, and ambitious as they are. We see it as our responsibility to be that tool.

Hiring takes too much time for too little return. Talent teams are stretched, hiring managers are confused by their own processes, and candidates are often left in silence for weeks. We started Pinpoint to change that.
